A lot has happened in the past month! My little sister Hope, got married. It was a beautiful day and everyone had a great time. As you can see, she was a gorgeous bride! We are happy for her and Mike and can't wait to see what life holds for them!
The Garza family, meaning Benji, me and Simon, actually took a mini family vacation. It was last minute, but we are so glad we went. We went to Timberwolf Lake, a Young Life camp in Lake City, MI. We were spoiled, they cooked, cleaned and housed us in a beautiful lodge with a huge fireplace and a nursery full of toys!! It was much needed since football started up and Benji is super busy again!
Simon and I took a trip up to the U.P to visit friends who were in town from Colorado. He did great on the 8 hour trip, I was very impressed. Carin and Juan were so helpful, I actually got to rest! We miss them very much and can't wait to go visit them in CO!Simon is walking now, he has been for about 2 weeks. He says, momma, ball, nana and I think he said book today! He tries to do everything we do, like use the remote or carry bags on our shoulder, it is super cute. We have been working in the yard, and tonight he was digging weeds just like me! Everyday I am more and more amazed by him and humbled that I was chosen to be his Mom. Thank you God for this amazing blessing!
